6.Why is junk food - JUNK and super food - SUPER? Watch the video and take notes (on the teacher's handout). Identify the 5 indicators of junk vs super foods.



7. Homework: Exercise 3, from the Speaking Section in the 10th Form Textbook (Topic: Eating Out). 

Make up and put down a recommended  healthy diet for people your age. What do you think is the best for them to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Use the phrases provided in the textbook.
